Buffing Pad
The best buffing pad you will ever use!
Announcing Newly-Designed TurboBuff All-Purpose Buffing Pads!
TurboBuff buffing pads have been redesigned to make them even better! Originally designed and developed by a team of automotive and aircraft restoration specialists, the goal was to address the significant shortcomings of other pads available on the market. Now a new custom-made foam has been introduced that allows the pad to operate as both a an all-purpose polishing AND compound pad! And they're also now available in an assortment of sizes ranging from 2-inch to 8-inch. The key design feature that makes TurboBuff stand out from all other pads is its unique fins combined with a custom-designed micro closed-cell foam.
TurboBuff Advantages: ► Fins force air movement, reducing potential paint burning (see chart) ► Fins direct compound to center of pad, thus reducing wasteful slinging ► Micro Foam deflection force and density allow pads to do any compound, polish, or sealant application. ► Uses 1/4th the compound of other buffing pads from less absorption ► Fins allow buffing pad to conform to auto body contours ► Eliminates the need of taping edge, handles, and other areas from flexibility of fins ► Allows buffing right up to a body edge or seam ► Runs flat on the surface with no dishing effect, increasing efficiency ► Reduces operator fatigue by requiring less effort and buffing time ► Designed for use with both rotary and orbital buffers ► Pad lasts 3X longer due to reduce operating temps and thicker foam *These are actual °F temperature test readings taken after 3 minutes of buffing a 12”x18” area. The buffer ran at 1500 RPM with each buffing pad type receiving the same initial amounts of water, compound & type. (see chart below)
